| The 8X60Rmm Guedes M85 Portuguese was adopted in 1885 with the Single Shot Guedes 8mm Rifle. It is the same as the 8x60mm Kropatschek which was adopted by the Portugal Military in 1896. They both had a short life due to the development of the repeating rifles of the day. |
