The 41 Short Rimfire was Introduced in 1863 for the National Arms Co. Derringer. The Western Cartridge Company was started by Franklin Olin in 1898. They produced Rimfire Cartridges until 1926. Western Cartridge Company was in business until 1944 when it became Olin Industries. |
