| 38 Special PMC "Tublular" Cookie Cutter |
| This PMC loading was based on some US military trials from the late 20th Century. The "bullet" is essentially a strong jacket whose base falls away once the projectile exits the barrel. The remaining projectile is a very light, very HV .38 caliber "cookie cutter" which can cut through clothing and even Kevlar vests like the proverbial knife. The military abandoned the research due to Geneva Convention concerns. PMC came up with this design they marketed to the LEO community for a while, but either it failed to excite that market or excited them too much, for it did not last long. *ONE ROUND PER CUSTOMER* (no exceptions !); single round sales are legit as a matter of historical interest but bulk sales may violate the law. It has a ‘PMC 38 SPL+P' headstamp and is in factory new condition. If for Export from USA, Deactivation by drilling the case only |
