In the 1903 Kynoch Catalog, the company offered an adapter shaped like a 303 cartridge that fit into the breech of the 303 British Service Rifle. After putting this adapter into the rifle you could use the 303 Miniature Cartridge for target practice or small game hunting, in Single Shot mode. The Cartridge had a large rim for it's diameter, and was loaded with 2.5-3.00 grains of Crushed Cordite, with a 90 grains round nose lead projectile. |
