| New for 2006 "20 Tactical" by Dakota |
| ~ The 20 Tactical began as a wildcat cartridge, developed by Todd A. Kinder, starting in the spring of 2000. It is based on the .223 or 5.56x45mm. The 20 Tactical is a necked down .223, with a steeper 30" degree shoulder and longer neck. At first it was called the "Tactical 20" but now goes by the name of "20 Tactical". As Dakota now offers this cartridge it is no longer considered a wildcat, but is now referred to as a Proprietary Cartridge. With a 32 grain projectle that is moving over 4,200 FPS! It's a Tac Driver! That sizzles ! ~ |
