| 1999 was the first year the I.A.A. had the International Cartridge show in St. Louis. To celebrate the show, Bell Cartridge Company made up about 200 Special S.L.I.C.S. for (St. Louis International Cartridge Show) 458 Lott M-99 Dummy Cartridges. The cartridges were made with a special "S.L.I.C.S. Head Stamp., no primer, a wooden filler plug and 400 grain soft point projectile. There are still a very few available, at a great price. |
